Debunking The Manosphere!
That's What Louis Theroux's Documentary Should Have Been Called.
Official Trailer
Louis Theroux has a talent for exposing the forces that turn extremists into the characters they are. His latest exposé on the manosphere did exactly that. If you watch his documentary, you will learn that vulnerable and traumatized boys grow up to be manosphere types. The Ginger you see in the promo pic grew up poor with a violent mother. HS, another manosphere character, had a White mother and an absent Black father. I still can’t figure out what ails this Sneako person, but Myron Gaines was featured as well. He’s a Somali man who hates Black people, especially women.
Justin Waller was the only White man featured, so that made me curious. It seems that Black adjacent or Biracial men are huge players in the manosphere. In the hierarchy among men, they aren’t as powerful as White men but more powerful than Black men. That place in the middle of White power and Black swag might give them a wider appeal among the beta men the manosphere attracts. Where am I going with this? Men who lack power are finding power in misogyny. If you can’t overpower the most powerful men, attack those whom you feel are weaker…Women. But what of White men in the manosphere? I’m not seeing too many that rise to the level of the Biracials in that world. But Why???
Instead of writing a long essay about this, I hope my readers will join me in getting to the bottom of the appeal of the manosphere.
Misogynist influencers are constantly blaming feminism for their angst. I have my theories, but what do you feel is the true source of their displeasure?
Do you agree or disagree that Biracial or other nonWhite males are drawn to this movement due to their lack of societal power?
What about the “convicted White malemen” that Erika Kirk was telling us about:
She didn’t tell us what the White “malemen” were convicted of, but that’s not the point here. What pulls them into the manosphere?
Last but in no way shape or form the least, how does this impact women, and what can be done to beat them? The manosphere has a horde of young male followers.
All are welcome to respond, but I’m especially interested in the insights of feminists raising sons.
Sound off in the comment section…

I might be making too much of Erika Kirk but I noticed she focused on White men but not White women. I have my theory but I wonder if others noticed and what their thoughts are.
Personally, I think these guys are learning what women have known for a long time - that society lied to them about what will give them status. They're just lashing out.
